i have E. coli!!!

pink and green and pink and yellow = E. coli.

Today is the day before the test. An hour of lecture on autopsy followed by a Q&A session followed by a quick bacteria lab. Some time off (now) and then to do tours for interviews (lunch provided). Then to study by little butt off for the rest of the day/night.

good news:
I am long-term borrowing a memory stick from a friend of mine. i lost it two days ago. turns out i left it in a computer lab on campus. i returned to said lab today and the memory stick was right where i left it - in the USB port on the computer. (It is an access controlled lab.) The only thing that was mission was the protective plastic cap. i can replace that. I am glad that people are good here in Nebraska.
