Today is foggy again. This is getting redundant. The last two days were full sunshine all day. The fog rolled in last night around dinner.
We took the group to the aquarium. It's a neat place. We were there to see them feed the big fish. They have a two story tank that has tuna, a shark or two, turtles, and barracuda. They feed them four times a week at 160 pounds of food each time. It's quite the scene. The lady from the aquarium said that the tuna can weigh up to 300 pounds and swim easily up to 25mph. All the RA's and adults got chaperone stickers to wear. It was funny because we kept running into groups of chaperones without any kids. The trip was a morning trip. We made to back to camp in time for lunch. Lunch wasn't very good and John, one of the RA's, suggested that we go to In 'n Out 25 miles away. Six of the eight RA's piled into the staff car and away we went. I had a chocolate shake that was too big for me to finish, which isn't saying much about me since it was a small shake. We got lost getting there. We didn't get back for almost two hours. Oops. I am starting to get tired. I didn't even bother to get my kids up this morning because I wanted to stay in bed. I figured it was okay because they are always up in the morning when I do wake-ups anyway.
Today I am going to practice more than 2 hours (I've been getting that amount in and I really should be doing more) and finish Harry Potter so I can start my next book. I'm thinking about shipping a box home with some books and things. I got through Denver with my suitcase, but I've heard that they are really stingy here. I don't think it is over weight. I ordered my anatomy book and had it sent here. I really really hope it comes.
Time to get back to my daily routine.
