I have a place to live!!

It is about 5 miles from campus, not as close as I would have liked, but it is a townhome/duplex. And it's big. I won't have to worry about mowing the lawn or shoveling snow. It needs a lot of interior cosmetic work, however. The seller is the original occupant, it was built in 1976, and I think all the stuff is original... It needs new carpet and new wallpaper or paint. I do wish it was about half as far, though. So if you happen to be passing through Omaha, you have a place to crash. There is plenty of room.
