Does anyone else have things that they were able to do right a hundred times and then all of a sudden they stop working? This has happened to me!!! For the past I don't remember how many weeks (read at least 4) I've had to do an assay called a Western Blot at least twice for every single attempt. It is a two day assay that is now taking me three days. It's annoying. If this is somebody's idea of a funny joke, I'm not laughing anymore. Quit it already!!! Knock it off.
