Well, I just got my financial aid award in the mail. It was totally overwhelming to see the amount. And to think that it will be multiplied by four and then some... A friend said to me that with that amount of money I could buy a house, which could be taken away, and nobody can take away my education. Maybe I'll "get" to pay instate tuition. It could happen...

I'm better now.

On a non-school related note, I went to Kinetics today (www.kbco.com) and got some much needed sun and outdoor time. I am a little red in the places where the sunscreen missed, but not fried. I had iced tea from a company I had never heard of - Sweet Leaf Tea. It was natural (it's Boulder, what do you expect?) and very sweet - Southern Style. Not something I could drink all the time but refreshing and much better than the light yellow liquid that they were calling beer.
