we are booked

today we booked our flights for the wedding. marcus is going to go to omaha for a few days and then to denver. i will go directly to denver, on a post call (aka sleep) day. even though we booked at different times and such, we do have seats next to each other on the way home, which is what really matters. booking didn't go as smoothly as i had wished. we wanted to use united miles for the flights, but for various reasons we couldn't except for the (ahem, round trip that will become a one way as he will "miss" the return flight) burlington to omaha (to burlington...) flight.

does it amaze anyone else how easily things just get messy on their own? it does me. take the house. yikes! i think i need to jump on the wagon with suzanne and do the de-clutter thing. instead of every day, though, my stuff needs to get done today and tomorrow because, honestly, i get lazy during the week and it is everything i can do to keep up with keeping the kitchen clean.

my car is fixed. i am the proud owner of a new left front hub. it was quick and inexpensive to fix.
