Monday is too soon
I am busily unpacking and getting ready for my first real day as a doctor. Very scary. I can't believe they still believe me that I actually graduated from medical school. The house is a disaster area. I'm working on the clothes. There is plenty of space to put things, but it's the figuring out where things go that's the hard part. There is a huge pile of trash and a huge pile of recyclable cardboard. My car is not yet in the garage. I really really want this to be done by the time I go to bed tomorrow because I just don't see it happening once I start my residency.
My other 5 fellow interns are fun people. We were kind of a pack all week during orientation, thanks to the training that we had to do while all the other interns were doing something else.
I need some good, healthy food. Eating out as much as we have, and getting fed all the stuff they have been feeding us at orientation is making me feel icky.
All in all, I feel great. Tired, but great.
