cold day
It's chilly outside. I have a nice little fire and a big pile of wood. Today is the BIG Husker game against USC. I wish you could see how excited I'm not.
It's been a while since I posted last. I'm almost three months into 4th year and what everybody said is right - it's just the best. First was pediatric nephrology and second was pediatric surgery. Now I'm doing neonatology and it's just the best of the best. You should see all the babies! Tiny.
My house has been painted inside and now I'm slowly getting things put back into place. I'm not allowed to hang things on my walls because I'm bad at it, so I just have to wait until someone will help me. Left to do is the new lights and curtains. It looks great!
Today is laundry and re-do of the personal statement. Sending it to another editor on Monday and I'm sure it will be torn into pieces. That's ok with me - I'm more than bad at this stuff.
Time to feed the fire.
