The Countdown Begins

I have seven days and eight hours before my next test. I started stressing out about it earlier tonight. I have a lot to do in the next week. I feel like I don't know enough and I feel like things that should be going together aren't. This is a lab couse and since I've been having trouble with my lab group... not making excuses, though, because I have a week and there are lots of cadavers in there that I can use to study. However, I feel pretty good on embryology. The major sensory organs of the head all develop in a similar manner. We still have a lecture or two of new info.

I will go to lab tomorrow and do as much as I can.

I will do as much as I can in the lab every day this week.

I will get enough sleep.

I will eat enough.

I will work on living anatomy a little every day.

I will work on embryo a little every day.

I will be thankful for my friends at school who will help me learn.

I will watch out for myself and remember that I need time to myself.

I will try not to get too stressed.

I will make a daily schedule and stick to it.

I will go to bed now.

Tomorrow: up by 10:00 at the latest., eat, make a lunch, study until 11:30, goto school and move into the lab by 12:00. 12:00-??? in the lab solidifying as much as I possibly can.
