the countdown continues

Dad, the house will probably be a mess when you get here on Saturday. You can do the dishes to help out.

four more days and a few hours. lecture today wasn't bad at all. in content, at least. the last lecture was pretty bad, though. he didn't go with the notes at all. oh well.

i am steadily getting through everything. i feel like i am getting a good grasp of things and if i stay working like i have been since friday, i should be able to get a lot done.

it's 7:00 and it's dark outside. i'd like to stay at the library until much later, but i'm not sure how smart that would be. maybe i'll see if i can go over to one of my friends houses and study there. as long as i'm not at home, i'll be ok.
