Bumpy Start

This week started a little less smoothly than I had hoped. I had a really difficult time getting to sleep and when I woke up, it was with a scratchy throat. For whateber reason, I got light-headed twice. I think maybe my blood sugar was low. Once I got some OJ and a little candy into my system, I did much better. M throat still hurts, and my face is itchy. Either a cold or allergies.

We have an emergency procedure to do this evening. I don't think it will take too long, but we don't know when we will be able to go because there is only one set of nurses and other cases still going on.

I was allowed to do a minor procedure today. I wasn't allowed to do anything wrong because the doctor was hovering. My stiches even looked really good.

Just a few more days left and then I am going to go to Boston as soon as I can.
