well, i made it

1. to Columbus
2. through my first day of surgery
3. through my comps (that means I passed)

I am still really excited about my surgery rotation. I am having a great time. Today I saw a bunch of stuff, but the best thing is that I am getting to scrub in on everything so I get to get in close.

Today started at 3:00 a.m. with a phone call telling me that plans had changed and I needed to be at the hospital at 5:00. So I got out of bed at 4:00 and went from there. Good think I went to bed at 8:30!

I get to go home now, but I have stuff to learn and research.
