Two pounds and worth it!
That is what I gained over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is from chocolate toxicity, sleeping a lot, and eating junk food. I had a few good meals in there too, but I ate more at almost every meal than I usually do. What a great holiday break. I only studied a little.
Today it is back to school. My final test of the semester is in three weeks. I want to do really well on this one, and I want to be prepared for it before Thursday night so I can do things like get ready for my trip. I am sure I will be excited to get out of Omaha, and it will make concentrating on school difficult.
I am going to study with other people a lot. I think it is needed on this core, because there is so much lecture, it is hard to know what you know without having somebody else quiz you on it. I will still make questions for every lecture to help in my home studying.
It snowed last night. It's chilly but the roads are clear and aren't icy. The sun hasn't come out yet, unlike in Denver, so there is still evidence of the snow everywhere.
My neighbors have up Christmas decorations. I want Cristmas decorations! I'll be gone for the bulk of the holiday season, so it's wortless for me to go out and get anything.
I won $5 on the CU/NU game from my neighbor. The game was a ton of fun. Most of the fans there were really nice to me - just friendly jabs here and there. There was one woman, however, who was vert bitter. She was mad at the way the Nebraska players were playing and then she was mad at the way CU was playing. She told me that my team was chicken because they took knees on their last possession with a score of 26-20. She probably would have been upset had we played the ball because then we'd be trying to run up the score of something.
I will post pictures soon.
I have much studying to do, so that's all for now.
