The difference a day can make
The sun is out. (It's freezing out there, but at least it's not dreary.) My mood is very good. I'm tired but feeling motivated.
I only had two hours of class today. Chris and I then went to work out. I was dreading it from the start, and I didn't do a good job. I did make it through 30 minutes, but it wasn't pretty. While I was waiting for Chris to be done with his workout, I got back on the treadmil and started walking. I was doing okay until a sudden feeling of nausea came over me. I had to stop and sit down. The two of us were supposted to do our Housecall for Kids toady. This is through the pediatrics interst group, but the person in the know forgot to tell us where we were supposed to go, so now we aren't going. I feel kind of bad, but it's out of my control.
When I got home, there was a package on my porch.
"A package?" I thought. It's a holiday, so it's not from the postal service...
"It's a mail bomb!" says Chris.
Turns out it is the anatomy text book that I ordered while I was in Californa. Too bad I'm done with the class! I already got a refund for the book and I need to contact the person I purchased it from to work out returning the book. It has been on quite a journey! Arizona to Monterey to San Francisco to Omaha and now it is going back to Arizona. I think it's done more traveling than I have in the last few months!
