the armpit of the nation

that's where i live. it's a little bit of civilization surrounded by nothing. it's very isolated and isolating.

it's starting to get cold here.

i went to Lincoln this weekend and went to the (please don't hurt me) Husker football game. it's quite an event. here in NE, they don't have anything to do, so friday nights are high school football, saturdays are reserved for the husker nation (lynching, anyone?), and sundays are for the NFL. somebody forgot to tell these people that they don't have a pro football team. i have no idea who they like. (neither do they, probably)

my next test is two weeks from yesterday. i'm really glad that the amount of stuff in the lab has gone down or at least it has gotten easier. it's giving me the opportunity to pay attention to the other stuff to, so hopefully my score will go way up on this next test. i'd like to have a high pass once or twice in anatomy. i think if i focus i may be able to pull it off.
