After a nice two and a half day weekend, class started again. We began the day in lecture learning about the formation of the face. Then we went downstairs to begin working in the lab. Today we were to reveal the superficial mucles of facial expression. There is so much information. I will be at school today studying until 9:30 or 10:00. Tomorrow I am meeting with one of my groups to talk about the structures of the skull. We had a demonstration for the last hour of lab which was totally useless. The professor kept pointing to these little holes and telling us what they are good for. He went over what seemed like 100 in the course of an hour. I wouldn't be surprised if he went back to the same hole several times just to be funny. It's not like any of us retained any of the information anyway. Back to tomorrow. One of the guys wants to cook dinner for us. Yummy and I don't have to do any of the work. We are going to go over all those little holes and notches and protuberences. What a joke! Wish me luck over the next three week. I've been told this unit is going to be the hardest one I will ever encounter.
